Those mean 2 month shots

Today was baby P's two month check up which also came with those super mean shots that no baby likes. I was totally okay with the whole idea of the shots until I realized how much they were going to hurt my baby! Overall she done very well! Baby P was fine until the medicine went in her legs and she screamed BLOODY MURDER! Pretty sure it hurt mommy and daddy worse than her but I know it was awful for her too! She only cried for about 5 minutes and then we put her in her carseat to leave and she was just fine! The Dr. never said I could or couldn't give her any Tylenol before the appointment.. I had my mother in law and my sister in law tell me they gave their babies just a little before hand to help with the soreness. I didn't even give her a full mL, just enough for a tiny baby! I was so scared she was going to be crabby baby for the rest of the day, but surprisingly she has been just fine. She slept on the way home and a little once we got home. She woke up ready to eat and then played with me about an hour after that, which is normal for baby P. Every baby is different of course and everyone experience will be different with shots but there is some hope for a good experience. Overall the shots was not a super bad experience for momma and baby P.
