When I first found out that I was pregnant everyone started planning for the shower! I was so excited, but I didn't even know she was girl yet. I'm not going to lie I was hoping for a boy so I could do football and sports. I am NOT a girly girl, so the thoughts of having girl scared me to death. Once we found out she was a girl, Daddy was calling her princess. So we had a Princess themed baby shower.

Y'all it was seriously so MUCH WORK, but was so worth it! I sat that like I did most of the work but I had a lot of help, thank goodness. My aunt and my boyfriend's mom did a lot too. We ordered SO much baby pink tulle I never want to see it again. I had made two tutu table skirts from scratch! We thought about ordered them online, but decided to just do it ourselves. I made them for two 10 foot tables, so A LOT of time and A LOT of tulle. Of course like any one else we got our ideas from Pinterest and put our own twist to it. We also did the warped boxes with the letters that spelled Baby P's name and a diaper cake. The diaper cake was super fun for me. I really enjoyed putting it together, because you can truly put your own twist on it.

We also had a very big room to fill up with decorations. I made many trips to Hobby Lobby and a lot of orders off amazon as well. The room looked SO good! I was so so so happy with how everything turned out, we probably went a little overboard but hey, you only have a first baby once!

Ill tag this post to my Pinterest with all the pictures from the shower! https://www.pinterest.com/dancelittleones/ps-baby-shower/
